Yes,We support OEM and service,and focus on providing the customized solution for the customers who want to make the private unique product as their own design or idea.

How do you assure the quality?

The quality was controlled by IQC,three tests on production line,100% aging-testing before packaging.

Are your products made in compliance with the international standards?

Yes,All the product are in compliance with international standards,the certificates CE,ROHS,FCC,ect are available.

Is it possible for you guys to add our logo to the diffusers and customize the box?

Yes,It’s ok to add your private logo printed or laser-engraved on the product and customize the box as required.but there will be MOQ required accordingly.

What's the minimum amount per diffuser model?

Generally,If It’s necessary to add the logo and customize the box.usually the MOQ is 1000pcs.but it also depends on the situation.

Is it possible to order a sample to test the quality before We place the big order?

For sure, it’s ok to order the sample to test at first if necessary.

What’s the terms of payment you accept?

Well,Currently the terms of payment We accept is T/T,30% as a deposit and the balance paid before delivery.

What’s the delivery time?

Usually,for the order based on MOQ is about 30-35 days,It also depends on the specific circumstances.

Why is the diffuser not misting too much?

If the water is too full,the mist will not come out strongly.We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line.make sure the unit is sitting on a hard,flat surface.do not place it on something soft,like the towel that could absorb the ultrasonic vibrations.
